All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (average pay) for General Practitioners working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GPs working in Buxted Medical Centre in the last financial year ended 30th June 2021 was £30,551 before tax and national insurance. This average is comprised of one full time, two part-time GPs, four salaried GP’s and ten Locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
