You can use the NHS App to get health advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP health record including test results, and more.
If you already use EMIS online you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well

Health in Mind offers free courses and therapy for people in East Sussex, to help with stress, anxiety and low mood, via self-referral. It is not unusual to experience symptoms such as stress, anxiety and depression.

Health in Mind is a free NHS service for anyone in East Sussex experiencing these kinds of emotional or psychological difficulties.

If you are aged 14-25 and are struggling with mental health issues and you live in East Sussex then i-Rock is there to help you. They offer a virtual drop-in i-Rock service. Staff are available between 11am-6pm Monday-Friday. The link will enable you to talk to I-Rock by video, however you are welcome to turn your camera off and just speak or use the in-app text option. SMSKPE manages the care and treatment of patients with bone, joint and muscle conditions (musculoskeletal or MSK for short). They also provide care and support for Rheumatology patients and those with chronic pain. If you have believe you need physiotherapy, you can self refer to Sussex MSK Partnership (which is an NHS service and free) here
